Nozuko Cwayi joined Wright Rose Innes Inc in January 2024 and is an Associate in the firm’s Bedfordview Office where she is being exposed to various fields of law conducted by the firm. Nozuko is a passionate and driven legal practitioner with a strong interest in civil litigation and advisory work. She is particularly interested in Civil Matters, Debt Collection, Wills and Deceased estates, Maintenance Claims, and Eviction Processes. She is committed to providing practical, efficient, and client-centred legal solutions, especially in matters that directly impact individuals and families.

Throughout her journey, Nozuko has demonstrated resilience, dedication, and a genuine desire to make the law accessible and effective for those she serves. Her admission marks a significant milestone in her career, and she looks forward to continuing to grow within the firm while contributing meaningfully to clients and surrounding communities.

Prior to joining Wright Rose Innes Inc, Nozuko completed her undergraduate degree in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Law and International Relations at the University of Witwatersrand. She furthered her studies by completing her Bachelor of Laws (Director) where she excelled and was awarded deans list for 2021 and 2022 at the University of Witwatersrand.

Nozuko also worked at the Wits Law Clinic, in the Refugee Law Department where she acquired experience in various matters relating to Asylum seekers, the recognition of refugees and Immigration Law in relation to Asylum seekers and Refugees as well as.

Nozuko prides herself in the work she does and always seeks to ensure that she completes her assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining open and respectful levels of communication with whosoever she engages with.

In her free time Nozuko enjoys partaking in various hobbies such as learning how to crotchet, playing the ukulele, bowling with friends and family, attending church, spending quality time with her loved ones and engaging in various DIY Projects.
