Kirsten joined Wright Rose-Innes as a Candidate Attorney at the firm’s Bedfordview office in January 2020, completed Articles and was promoted to an Associate in 2022.  Kirsten has been actively involved in assisting colleagues and senior professionals in various matters.  A highlight was her involvement in the negotiations of the offer to purchase, and the ensuing transfer, for a Billion Rand warehouse property. She continues to assist the senior professionals in managing legal risks, drafting and negotiating various complex agreements, litigation disputes, bond registrations, cancellations and transfer matters. Kirsten is a committed, results-oriented legal professional who prides herself in providing accurate legal advice. She is skilled in developing legal defensive and proactive strategies. She holds the value of professional ethics and integrity in high regard. She is diligent, organized and tenacious with critical thinking abilities.   Since her admission as an Attorney in early 2022, Kirsten has decided to focus on Conveyancing work in general, including transfers, subdivision of property, consolidation of property, estate transfers, registration of mortgage bonds and registration of deeds at the Deeds Office.  She also has experience in:

- Commercial and residential property transfers;
- Offering advisory service to clients in the logistics and petroleum industries on various litigious and non-litigious matters;
- Briefing and attending consultations with Counsel; Performing legal research and drafting legal opinions;
- High court and Magistrates’ court practices and procedures; and
- Mediation and Arbitration hearings.

Kirsten matriculated from Edenvale High School.  Her outstanding leadership abilities resulted in her being elected as Prefect, House Captain and Captain of the first team netball side.  She was awarded full colours for netball.  Outside of school, she was selected to represent Eastern and Western Gauteng in provincial netball and captained these teams.  Whilst she was studying, Kirsten was a part-time specialist sports coach at various schools in the Johannesburg area. She then completed her tertiary studies at The University of Johannesburg where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Law in 2017.  She continued her studies at The University of Johannesburg and graduated with an LLB Law degree in 2019. Kirsten is motivated and focused, with a passion for life.  She has great communication skills with a soft, compassionate side.  When she is not working or studying, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her family and participating in park runs with her dogs.
