Junior Mduduzi Mngomezulu is a dedicated and ambitious professional with a passion for excellence in his field. Junior is a highly motivated individual and has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and commitment to personal and professional growth.

Junior obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Law and Politics), LLB degree and a post graduate certificate in Advanced Company Law I from the University of Witwatersrand. He has since embarked on a successful career at Wright Rose-Innes where he started as a candidate attorney in 2017 and thereafter a senior associate and is now a director. With experience in general litigation, employment law and commercial recoveries, he has shown a remarkable ability to adapt to new challenges and deliver exceptional results for clients in other fields.

Junior has gained invaluable experience in commercial litigation, equality court disputes instituted in terms of the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act, harassment court disputes instituted in terms of the Protection from Harassment Act, and landlord tenant disputes. Although passionate about all thing’s litigation, Junior also provides clients seeking assistance in the drafting of commercial agreements and general commercial advisory services. Acting as the firm’s deputy information officer and with his comprehensive understanding of privacy law, Junior ensures that clients are provided with the most up to date developments for their privacy requirements.

Outside of work, Junior enjoys the thrills of a CrossFit workout which is akin to those experienced in his rugby playing days. He believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and understands the importance of personal well-being in achieving professional success, and it is for this reason that he cherishes the time spent with his wife, their two fur babies, close family, and friends as the reason for his career progression.
